You and your team have gone the extra mile to give me (the client) exceptional service. Most people will not experience this unless a mistake is made as in my case.  Dear Dana,

I received the Projector on Wednesday morning at 11:50. I treied it out and it works perfectly. I took it to a presentation that night andall the members of our Flotilla were impressed with it.
